I’ve found out that unfortunately I won’t be able to see the mooting competition as it is only for the contestants. So looks like I’ll be catching up on uni work and doing some mild exploration around the area. Also one of my lecturers has told me that I need to purchase a $160 textbook to pass the subject. On a brighter note another one of my lecturers gave me all the lecture and tutorial content for the next few weeks so I’ll be able to study ahead of schedule.
Chantal is still working very hard and I’m quite proud of what she’s done over the last few months. Only a few more days to go!
UPDATE 7/02 Chantal will be able to see me after the first day of the moot – as she is the researcher, her services will no longer be needed after the researchers exam on the first day (it’s an extra prize). This means that from Thursday evening onwards, Chantal can join me for dinner and some exploring!
